Just got home!! Been to the gym again… i feel even better today!! 
You guys were great this morning on the show! Kept me so entertained.. had one of the best shows ever!! Plus me and Lynsey were having fun shouting naughty things to each other when we were off our calls!! Good job nobody heard on the phones as we’d of probably been sent home like naughty school girls!! Hee, hee!! This is going to be a quick blog as me and Emma are going to the cinema in a min to see the new film knowing!! I’ll let you know how it it was tomorrow.. that is when i come back from my 11am dance class!! Ha, ha!! How did my life get so healthy!!
Wsa great to speak to you today JoJo.. i was in such a flirty mood though and i’m sure it rubbed off a little on you!! Hee, hee!!1 I will look forward to more flirting antics on Sunday morning.. i am now strating on the 3am show by the way!.. But remember, the clocks go forward!!xx
Arrrrrrrr.. BigKarl i will pm you emma’s sizes tomorrow!! Shame you didn’t see the show!! Lampard is maybe coming on my next photo shoot with me.. so watch this space!!! Things could get a little interesting then!! Ha, ha! Will you be watching at the weekend??xx

Loved the pic Bobby Boy!! Was very busy on the phone today.. but that made it even more fun!! And the good thing was that everybody i spoke to were my friends!! Perfect!!! When i bent over in that tartan skirt… i knew you boys would love that!! Hee, hee!!xx

missed all of todays been so busy getting ready for 2moro flying to tokyo if u read this after 5 then I will proberly already be there hehehe i got the laptop theres wireless in the hotel room so can keep intouch hehehe
I might be able to catch the show over the web if your on PP if not im sure Josh and firebird will do some vid clips so i can catch up. definately cant text cos of the short number cant use them abroad however might be able to send u a picture message might cost me a fortune might send u a pic of the hotel and the view if its anyhting like my last visit it will be spectacular.
all i can say is lucky lampard hehehe wonder if u will find the hidden webcam i put in him. bet u will check him anyway lol
well the flights at five so finish putting the finishing touches
oh yeah should something happen and i crash i want u lot to do a memorial show for me and you have to do the jelly wrestling if not i will haunt the Changing rooms hehehehehe.
Dont forget about emmas measurements cos need to order online for monday if she wants it for her birthday. found something nice for you for yours its 20th may right ???
anyway hope its not my last post if it is i better make in memorable hahaahaha only wish u paige and emma were coming would love to join the mile club with all of you lol Now that would be memorable lol

These new pics are the best yet in my opinion! That skirt is so ‘you’! Loved it when you wore it on TV the other day, with that delicious gape at the side…
The photos whe your facing the wall show a ‘different side’ to you altogether, and while you have an exceptional front and incredibly beautiful face, the pics of your peachy bum really made me smile and say ‘PHWWWOOORRRR’
